By accessing our website and using any of our notary services — including mobile notary, remote online notarization (RON), and loan signing agent services — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Services Provided

NotaryPro provides Florida-commissioned notary public services, including:

• Mobile notary services in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties
• Remote Online Notarization (RON) under Florida Statutes Chapter 117
• Certified loan signing agent services

All services are performed strictly within the scope of a Florida Notary Public. We do not prepare legal documents, provide legal advice, or represent any party in any legal matter.

4. Online Notary Terms

Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions are conducted via secure, state-approved video platforms (such as Proof) in compliance with Florida Statutes §§ 117.265 and 117.295. By scheduling or participating in an RON session, you agree to the following:

• You must successfully complete knowledge-based authentication (KBA) and credential analysis identity verification prior to notarization.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your document is eligible for online notarization in the state or jurisdiction where it will be used.
• Sessions are recorded and stored as required by Florida law.
• Platform fees and notary fees are due after the session is complete. You will receive an itemized invoice by email.
• RON services are available to signers in all 50 U.S. states and internationally for eligible U.S.-related documents, subject to identity verification and platform requirements.
• We reserve the right to decline or terminate a session if identity verification cannot be completed, if the document is ineligible, or if we determine that proceeding would violate applicable law or professional standards.

5. Payments & Fees

Payment is collected after your notarization session is complete via a secure Stripe-hosted invoice. Fees vary based on the number of seals, signers, and optional witness services. All fees are clearly disclosed before you confirm your booking. We do not store payment card details — all transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

Fees are non-refundable once a notarization session has been completed. If a session cannot be completed due to identity verification failure or document ineligibility, no fee will be charged.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking services.
• You must present valid, government-issued identification as required by Florida law.
• You must ensure that signers are physically present (in person or via video) at the time of notarization and are signing willingly and without duress.
• It is your responsibility to verify with the receiving agency, court, or institution that the notarized document will be accepted in the format provided.

7. Limitation of Liability

NotaryPro's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to the rejection of a notarized document by any agency, court, or third party. We make no warranties regarding the acceptance of any notarized document by any receiving party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
